Personal Injury FAQ

Should I handle my own case or consult a lawyer?

You deserve to be compensated for all of your losses. Our job is to act as your advocate and representative in investigation, negotiation and pursuit of your personal injury claim. Our duty is to see that your interests are protected.

How long will it take until my case is concluded?

Every case is different. Some people recover quickly and some suffer a lengthy disability. It is important to wait until your doctor has determined that your condition needs no further care or treatment. Then, if the insurance company refuses to pay a fair settlement, it will be necessary to file a lawsuit. Although most cases are settled after a lawsuit is filed and preliminary investigation (called “discovery”) is conducted, settlement or trial may not occur for 12 to 16 months.
